Hello all,

It's been about half a year since I've last updated my journal! There's not much to say, I've been busier with school work, but with that comes more creativity. I seem to get the best art ideas when I have things to do, and then don't have a lot of time for them :(

I started a new sketchbook, the paper in it is heavier than my old one, it feels really nice and has been working well so far :)

Hope you all are doing well, I'll post new art whenever I can. I have a feeling that my schoolwork will get pretty heavy soon...

Hey everyone, I am called Xiao Mei. That means "little sister" in Chinese in case you didn't know.

I get to tell deviantART about myself? Oh boy! :-o

:bulletpurple: I am a teen editor at a local teen newspaper, the Simpson Street Free Press.
:bulletblue:My hobbies include drawing, playing piano, video games, and reading. I also like learning how to do all kinds of arts, like ceramics and metal-working.
:bulletpurple:I love dances (Homecoming etc) but I hate dancing... does that make sense? :hmm: :-?
:bulletblue:I like to draw dress designs. I think that's what got me into drawing in the first place...
